Refund policy

At Mamma, we prioritise customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth exchange process. We do not provide cash refund but an exchange or credit of the same value as the refund which can be redeemed towards your next order.

RETURN POLICY

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery via our customer contact form.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact. An unpacking video is mandatory for exchange requests related to damages, defects, or missing items. The video must be continuous, with no edits or cuts.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEM:
Products that have been used or washed. Items returned without an unpacking video as proof for damaged or missing claims. We will arrange a reverse pickup. The customer must hand over the parcel on the scheduled date. Failing to return the parcel on the mentioned date will require the customer to manually return the item at their own cost.

REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS PROVIDED:
We do not offer cash refunds, bank refunds, or refunds in any other form for any product. We provide credit in the value of the products or only an exchange will be provided if the conditions of the Exchange Policy are met.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Items returned must pass a quality check. This includes the product being in unused and unwashed condition. Tags being intact and no odours present. The Exchange process may take 7-10 business days from the date of return approval. For any further clarifications, you can always contact us for any questions via our customer contact form.

DAMAGED & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (max 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS | NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as pre-orders, special orders or personalised items), please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and your account credited, make a separate purchase for the new item free of charge.

EU 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit within 10 business days.
